In 26 of them the state runs its own scholarship or ESA program. In 5 more, the only funding is the new federal tax credit scholarship, which starts in January 2027. Complex states, where the state must approve or accredit before you can open or get funded ($1,450 / $2,950): Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Wyoming. In Alaska, Colorado and Kentucky there is nothing to file with the state, so we sell the Launch Kit only. Pricing follows each state's real complexity, verified against official sources; more states are added as we verify them. After any checkout we'll email you within one business day to start. No — the curriculum is always your choice. We don't build or sell one. What we do is help you choose: we walk you through what your state actually requires (subjects, hours, records) and your target families, then point you to options that fit — including curricula your ESA funds can pay for. You decide; we make the decision easier.
