How the money actually flows

Utah Fits All Scholarship is an ESA program with broad (near-universal) eligibility. Awards are 2025-26: ≈$8,000 private-school; homeschool $4,000 (ages 5-11) / $6,000 (12-18). Payments run through Odyssey (ufa-vendors.withodyssey.com). Confirm the current details on the official program site before acting.

1. Confirm how the money flows. Utah families use Utah Fits All Scholarship funds through Odyssey (ufa-vendors.withodyssey.com) to pay approved schools/providers. Your job is to be set up to receive them cleanly.

2. Get your business paperwork in order. Legal entity, tax ID (EIN), and proof you are a real operating school.

3. Meet the state requirements. Utah does not require private-school licensing or accreditation; the State Board is 'not responsible for accreditation of nonpublic schools' (R277-410).

4. Apply as an approved provider. Register as a business (EIN) at ufa-vendors.withodyssey.com and submit an application per expense category; provider + each offering are reviewed before approval.

5. Keep clean invoicing & records. Program spending is documented and audited. Clear invoices and audit-ready records are how you get paid and stay clear.
